about the collection:
august 2023 i was lucky enough to spend a full month at the beach. rockaway beach nyc. living close to the ocean is always something I thought i wanted in my life, and being at the beach for longer than a 4 day holiday really solidified it for me. salt water and the sounds of waves. important for me moving forward. I had limited painting space but was inspired on the daily and with what I had was able to create a very small collection of 3 paintings inspired by the colors, patterns, and energy of the beach.
